Adele, who was earlier diagnosed with a vocal cord hemorrhage, is to undergo surgery on her throat, and has been advised by doctors to rest her voice.  Consequently, she has cancelled all remaining live performances in 2011.  The sooner she has surgery, the sooner that she can get back to the stage!  Good luck, Adele, we’ll miss you, but we’ll still be waiting when you get back!
